Managed IT Plans and Pricing for Small Offices
Simplify Your Technology.Secure Your Business.
Managed IT, cybersecurity and technology strategy for small businesses, nonprofits and professional practices across Northern Virginia and the DMV. One per user price makes JPert your whole IT department, from our office in Vienna (Tysons). We treat technology as an investment in your goals, not a line item to minimize.
IT problems shouldn't be the owner's job.
Slow or broken computers
Your team loses hours every week waiting, restarting and working around problems.
Locked out of email
Password resets and sign in problems stall the day, and nobody knows who to call.
New hires and departures
Setting people up takes days, and former employees often keep access far too long.
Nobody knows how it's set up
Passwords, licenses and network details live in one person's head, or nowhere.
Technology is an investment, not an expense.
Most organizations only notice IT when something breaks. We plug in as your complete IT department so technology stops being a source of friction and starts working toward your goals. We fully support Windows and Mac, in the office, at home and on the road.
Onboarding new staff
Accounts, laptop, email and access ready on day one.
Laptops and equipment
Sourced, configured, secured and shipped wherever your people work.
Passwords and accounts
User management, resets and multi-factor sign in.
Secure offboarding
Access removed the same day, data and devices recovered.
Budgets and roadmaps
A planned refresh cycle instead of surprise purchases.
Cybersecurity and compliance
Protection, monitoring and the documentation to prove it.
Backup and recovery
Email and files backed up, with restores we actually test.
Servers and cloud
On site or in Microsoft Azure, patched and monitored.
Microsoft 365 and email
Licensing, Teams, SharePoint and mailbox security handled.
What a well managed IT investment returns
Your team works instead of waiting on slow systems and workarounds.
Fewer openings for attackers, and a tested way back if one gets through.
New hires, offices and tools added smoothly, on a plan you budgeted for.
Built into everything we do.
Attackers target small businesses and nonprofits precisely because they tend to have fewer protections. Most attacks start with something ordinary: a convincing email, a reused password, a computer that missed an update. That is why every JPert plan includes these six protections. More on our cybersecurity services.
24/7 security monitoring
Security analysts watch for threats around the clock and isolate a compromised device before it spreads.
Antivirus on every computer
Managed protection on every workstation and server, centrally updated and checked.
Email and file backups
Encrypted, automatic backups so a deleted file or ransomware attack is recoverable.
Security awareness training
Short, practical lessons that teach your team to recognize phishing and scams.
Security patching
Operating system and application updates applied on a schedule, with reporting.
Local help desk
Real people who know your environment, remotely or onsite when needed.
Additional layers, matched to your risk
One predictable monthly price.
Priced per user, so it grows with your team. Onboarding is included on both plans.

A partner, not a vendor.
A full IT department, without the overhead
One predictable plan gives you a whole team instead of one person. No recruiting, no coverage gaps during vacations, no scramble when a key employee leaves.
Security in every plan, never an add on
Monitoring, protection, backups and training come standard. We also help you answer cyber insurance and compliance requirements with confidence.
We teach, not just fix
We explain the why behind every recommendation in plain language and publish practical security lessons every week, so your team spots threats early.
Local, hands on and strategic
We are onsite across Northern Virginia and the DMV, do cabling, wireless and AV in house, and act as your fractional CTO on budgets, vendors and AI.
"I started JPert because too many small businesses and nonprofits see technology as a cost to cut. Used well, it is one of the most powerful tools you have to reach your goals. Our job is to make it simple, keep it secure, and help you understand it."
Umair Akhtar, Founder & President, JPert INC
Questions we hear often.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding is included with every managed plan.
Do we need to replace all of our equipment?
Usually not. We assess what you have, keep what is healthy, and plan replacements on a schedule you can budget for.
How fast do you respond?
Urgent issues get a response within 4 business hours and normal requests by the next business day. Security monitoring runs 24/7.
Are Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses included?
Licenses are separate. You can keep paying Microsoft or Google directly, or we can add them to your JPert invoice as their own line.
Is onsite support included?
Remote help desk support is included. When a visit is needed, onsite work is billed separately, and we tell you before we come out.
We already have some IT help. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. We can fully replace a previous provider or support an internal IT person with tools, security and backup.
Can you help with cyber insurance and compliance?
Yes. We help complete insurance questionnaires, put the required controls in place, and keep the records that show they are working.
