How a migration works
- 1. Plan — We inventory mailboxes, files, domains and devices, and pick a cutover date that suits you.
- 2. Prepare — We set up the new tenant securely and pre-copy data in the background.
- 3. Cut over — We switch email over, usually outside business hours, and help people sign in.
- 4. Support — We stay on call for the first days and clean up anything left behind.

Ongoing Microsoft 365 support is included in our small-office managed IT plan from $50 per user per month. Microsoft licenses are billed separately, and migrations are quoted up front. See plans and pricing.
Our team is based at 1934 Old Gallows Road in Vienna, near Tysons, and works with organizations across Fairfax and Loudoun counties and the wider DC area. Most support is remote; on-site visits are scheduled when the work needs hands-on help.

Yes. We migrate email, calendars, contacts and files from Google Workspace, other Microsoft 365 tenants and most hosted email providers, with a tested plan so messages aren’t lost.
With proper planning, no. We copy data before the cutover, switch mail flow at a quiet time and check mailboxes afterward.

Microsoft offers a Business Associate Agreement for eligible plans. We configure encryption, access controls and retention to support HIPAA and sign our own BAA as your IT provider.
