Business Network and Wi-Fi Services in Northern Virginia
JPert designs, installs and supports business networks and Wi-Fi for offices, practices, nonprofits and multi-floor buildings. We fix dead zones and dropped calls, separate guests from your business systems, secure remote access and keep the firewall and network gear updated and monitored.
Slow Wi-Fi is annoying. An open network is dangerous.
Many small offices still run on a consumer router from the internet provider, one password shared with every visitor, and a firewall nobody has updated in years. That leads to dead zones and dropped video calls, and it means a guest’s infected laptop sits on the same network as your files and payment systems.
We replace guesswork with a network that is planned, documented and monitored. Staff, guests, phones, printers and payment devices each get the access they need and nothing more, and we keep the gear patched so it doesn’t become the way in.
- Planned coverage — access points placed from a site walk-through, not guesswork.
- Separated traffic — guest, staff, phones and payment devices on their own networks.
- Secure remote access — VPN or modern access for people working off-site.
- Monitored — alerts when a device fails, with updates applied on schedule.

How a network project works
- 1. Walk-through — We visit, check coverage and current gear and talk through how your team works.
- 2. Design — We recommend equipment and layout with a fixed quote, no surprises.
- 3. Install — We install and configure, usually after hours, and test every area.
- 4. Manage — We monitor, update and document the network as part of managed IT.
Clear, predictable pricing.
Network monitoring and support are included in our small-office managed IT plan from $50 per user per month. Equipment is billed separately, and installs and upgrades are quoted up front. See plans and pricing.
Our team is based at 1934 Old Gallows Road in Vienna, near Tysons, and works with organizations across Fairfax and Loudoun counties and the wider DC area. Most support is remote; on-site visits are scheduled when the work needs hands-on help.
Questions we hear a lot.
Usually it’s coverage, interference or an overloaded router. A walk-through shows where signal is weak and what’s competing for it, and properly placed business access points fix most of it.
Yes. Guests, volunteers and smart devices shouldn’t share a network with your files, printers and payment systems. A separate network keeps an infected visitor laptop away from your data.
Yes. Most installs and changes happen after hours or on weekends so your team isn’t interrupted.
Yes. Our structured cabling team runs and labels network and access point cabling as part of the same project.
Usually, yes. We assess what you have, update and secure what’s worth keeping and recommend replacing only what’s outdated or unsafe.
Yes. We set up networks for medical and dental offices with HIPAA in mind, and for nonprofits and churches that need reliable Wi-Fi for staff, volunteers and visitors.
